Responsibilities

• Private Clinical Sessions: Conduct 1-on-1 and semi-private Pilates assessments and sessions tailored to rehabilitation and movement optimization.
• Group Instruction: Design and lead reformer and mat classes for all fitness levels.
• Clinical Integration: Apply physiotherapy background to evaluate posture and movement, and modify exercises precisely.
• Client Management: Track progress, adjust training protocols, and foster long-term client retention.
