Job summary

Siti Khadijah Apparel Sdn Bhd is seeking a Loyalty Specialist to own data integrity and platform performance for a growing loyalty programme. You will drive repeat purchases through targeted initiatives, manage segmentation, and communicate effectively across channels to improve member engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or CRM and at least 3 years in loyalty or CRM. You will coordinate campaigns, monitor outcomes and support a positive member experience across HQ and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, CRM or related field.
• 3+ years of loyalty programme management, CRM or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, loyalty mechanics and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty programme data integrity and platform performance.
• Manage costs and points liability within approved budget.
• Drive repeat purchases and incremental revenue via campaigns and segmentation.
• Execute campaigns to improve profile completion and engagement.
• Monitor platform performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Support improvements in member satisfaction and loyalty experience.
• Ensure data integration across HQ and channels remains accurate.
• Refresh rewards and manage lifecycle communications.
• Coordinate campaigns and ensure accurate points earning/redemption.
• Label and segment customers for targeted communications.
• Participate in training and fulfill ad-hoc tasks from Head of Department.
