The Loyalty Specialist owns the loyalty programme’s data integrity, platform performance, member experience and commercial performance to drive sustainable member engagement and profitable growth.
Manage and monitor loyalty programme costs and points liability within the approved budget.
Drive repeat purchase and incremental revenue through targeted loyalty initiatives, points mechanics, customer segmentation and communications.
Execute campaigns and incentives to improve member profile completion and engagement.
Monitor loyalty platform performance and accessibility, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
Monitor member satisfaction and support initiatives to continuously improve the overall loyalty experience.
Ensure loyalty data integration across HQ and sales channels remains accurate, complete and up to date, while resolving discrepancies promptly.
Plan, coordinate and refresh redeemable merchandise and rewards according to schedule.
Execute loyalty campaigns and ensure points earning and redemption mechanics are accurately designed, tested and launched on time.
Manage customer labelling and segmentation to support targeted campaigns and personalised member communications.
Set up, monitor and optimise automated lifecycle communications across the member journey.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and complete required training.
Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by the Head of Department
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, CRM or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in loyalty programme management, CRM, customer engagement, campaign management or related areas.
Good understanding of customer segmentation, loyalty mechanics, rewards and redemption programmes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and campaign execution.
Good project coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns within established timelines.
