Job summary

SmartHire by SEEK is seeking a CRM Assistant Manager/Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead customer growth, loyalty, and retention initiatives across multiple channels. You will report to the Group President and drive end-to-end campaigns, member programs, and data-driven decision-making to enhance customer value and experience.

The role requires 4–6 years in CRM/digital marketing, strong analytical and reporting skills, and hands-on expertise with CRM platforms and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Customer Experience or Data Analytics.
• 4–6 years in CRM, Loyalty, or Digital Marketing with proven CRM campaign management experience.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with customer-centric mindset.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms and marketing automation; data reporting skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute growth, loyalty, and retention initiatives across channels.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value and repeat purchases.
• Manage and improve customer-facing programs (membership, rewards, referrals, etc.).
• Leverage data and dashboards to support management decisions; prepare reports.
