Job summary

Eventech Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a reliable driver to operate the company lorry, transporting event equipment to venues and back.

You will assist with loading and unloading, maintain the vehicle, and keep accurate logs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or outstation assignments may be required to meet event schedules.

• Assist in loading and unloading of event equipment, materials, and other related items in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, mileage, fuel usage, and any related operational logs as required by the Company.
• Immediately report any vehicle malfunction, damage, accident, or delay to the supervisor or Management.
• Be flexible with working hours and be willing to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, or outstation assignments when required due to operational needs.

Drive the Company’s lorry to transport event equipment, materials, and event structures to and from event venues or designated locations.

Assist in the loading and unloading of event equipment, materials, and other related items in a safe and efficient manner.

Ensure that all goods and equipment are delivered on time and in good condition according to event schedules and operational requirements.

Conduct routine checks on the assigned vehicle and ensure that the lorry is properly maintained, clean, and in roadworthy condition at all times.

Comply with all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and the Company’s policies while operating the vehicle.

Provide assistance to the operations team during event setup, installation, and dismantling activities when required.

Maintain accurate records of delivery schedules, mileage, fuel usage, and any related operational logs as required by the Company.

Immediately report any vehicle malfunction, damage, accident, or delay to the supervisor or Management.

Be flexible with working hours and be willing to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, or outstation assignments when required due to operational needs.

The Employee shall be responsible for taking proper care of the Company vehicle assigned and shall immediately report any accident, damage, or mechanical issue to the Management. Any negligence resulting in damage to the Company’s vehicle or property may result in disciplinary action in accordance with the Company’s policies.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time in accordance with the operational needs of the Company.
