Job summary

XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable Lorry Driver to join our Bandar Saujana Putra-based transport team. You will be responsible for safe and timely deliveries across the region, daily vehicle checks, and accurate delivery records.

The role requires a valid HGV/Lorry licence, 2-3 years of driving experience, good knowledge of safety rules, and strong route planning skills. You will work in a professional, safety-conscious environment with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV or Lorry licence with a clean record.
• Minimum 2–3 years driving in logistics/transport.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and route planning.
• Physically fit to lift and maneuver heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lorries, perform daily vehicle checks and report issues.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet schedules.
• Load, unload and secure cargo safely within weight limits and regulations.
• Maintain records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers on delivery status and issues.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies.
• Protect cargo from damage during transport with proper securing methods.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for safety and roadworthiness.
• Represent XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. professionally to customers and the public.

About the role

XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a reliable and experienced Lorry Driver to join our transport and logistics team. This is a full-time position based in Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor. As a Lorry Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients across the region. This position is essential to our operations and directly impacts our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Operating and maintaining lorries in good working condition, conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any mechanical issues
• Planning and executing efficient delivery routes to meet scheduled delivery times and customer requirements
• Loading, unloading and securing cargo safely in compliance with weight limits and safety regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance
• Communicating with dispatchers and customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues
• Adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies whilst operating vehicles
• Ensuring cargo is protected from damage during transport through careful handling and appropriate securing methods
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
• Maintaining a professional demeanour and representing XTREME LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. positively to customers and the public

What we’re looking for

• A valid Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) or Lorry Driving Licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional driving experience in a logistics or transport environment
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations, traffic laws and vehicle maintenance requirements
• Excellent time management and route planning abilities to meet delivery deadlines consistently
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy loads safely
• Attention to detail when recording delivery information and vehicle maintenance logs
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and basic vehicle troubleshooting is advantageous
• A proactive approach to identifying and reporting safety concerns or maintenance issues
