Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn Bhd in Ipoh is seeking an experienced truck driver to oversee loading, transport, and unloading of goods between our facilities and customers.

You will follow road safety regulations, maintain logs, perform basic vehicle checks, and help ensure ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 compliance. This full-time role offers opportunities for career progression.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing the loading and offloading of goods.
• Inspecting and cleaning the vehicle.
• Safely and accurately transporting goods to and from distribution centre.
• Obeying and following road safety rules and company safety regulations.
• Finding the quickest and safest route to destination under safety measures.
• Completing travel logs.
• Reporting any accidents or delays.
• Conducting minor roadside repairs on the truck.
• Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
• Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015.
• Implementation and Management of Safety, 5S & ISO procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
• Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.
• Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.
• Adhere to ISO standards compliance.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
