Job summary

MENANG NUSANTARA SDN BHD is seeking a Logistics Executive to monitor incoming materials, track deliveries, and ensure FIFO processes in our warehouse in Cheras Jaya/Balakong. You will oversee material movements, assist with stock takes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a diploma with at least 2 years of related experience, fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English, and the ability to work long hours and meet tight deadlines under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma required, field unspecified.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• At least 2 years of logistics/warehouse experience.
• Willing to work in Cheras Jaya and Balakong; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming material and actual vs delivery instruction.
• Follow up non-conforming material with supplier.
• Monitor FIFO system for raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee trolley movement and maintenance.
• Monitor MRN material and movement.
• Participate in stock takes.
• Supervise subordinates' performance including attendance and disciplinary matters.
• Support department head with improvement plans; propose ideas.
• Ensure 5S in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
