Job summary

HQ Pack Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager with MNC working experience to lead daily warehouse, logistics, transportation and customer service operations. You will plan inbound/outbound shipments, negotiate contracts, optimize routes and monitor KPIs to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years in logistics, warehouse, or transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
• Strong understanding of the consumer goods industry, including common logistics and distribution practices.
• Solid knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and supply chain software systems.
• Strong grasp of supply chain processes, inventory control, distribution strategies, and general business/management principles.
• Effective team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
