Job summary

YH Laminated Products Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead all logistics, warehouse and delivery activities. You will plan and monitor incoming and outgoing materials to ensure timely movement and maintain stock accuracy.

The role requires at least 5 years of management experience, preferably in logistics or related industries, and Mandarin-speaking candidates to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in logistics, warehouse, or related industries.
• Proficient in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong planning, stock control and safety compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all logistics, warehouse and delivery activities.
• Plan and monitor incoming and outgoing materials/products to ensure timely movement.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available according to production requirements.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, transportation and lorry arrangements.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company procedures and IMS requirements.
• Identify and report warehouse, logistics and safety risks and implement controls.
• Investigate delivery issues, stock discrepancies and customer complaints.
