Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/ Warehouse Management/ Business/ Engineering or related field
• Experience in warehouse/logistics in manufacturing or high-volume environment
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems such as D365 is an advantage
• Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, KPIs and lean/continuous improvement
• Experience in manpower and capacity planning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsabilités

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain warehouse safety as the #1 priority and ensure compliance with MHE, SOP, 6S, and regulatory requirements
• Operational Execution: Ensure daily warehouse activities meet targets for receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, staging, shipment, and material movement
• Material Flow & TPT: Drive end-to-end material flow and improve turnaround time (TPT) from receiving to material-on-stage
• KPI & Performance: Own warehouse KPIs including Material on Stage by 7AM, daily shipment/volume target, inventory accuracy, productivity, TPT, and service level
• Capacity & Resource Planning: Plan manpower, shifts, overtime, equipment, storage capacity, and transportation according to business demand and ramp requirements
• Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, cycle count discipline, reconciliation, and timely resolution of inventory discrepancies
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement, automation, layout optimization, and standard-work initiatives
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Planning, Buyer, Production, Quality, Logistics, Customs, and Suppliers to ensure predictable material flow and execution
• Escalation & Problem Solving: Quickly identify operational risks, establish containment, drive root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Leadership & Accountability: Set clear expectations for area owners and supervisors, review daily performance, and drive accountability for results
• Drive projects related to warehouse improvement, expansion , capacity improvement , automation and material flow improvement projects.
