Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, marketing, or a similar commercial support role.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads, activities, and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming B2B enquiries and maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in the CRM.
• Coordinate product demos, sales presentations, follow-ups, proposals, and tender materials.
• Support the enterprise sales team with timely reporting, sales collateral, and commercial administration.
• Adapt global marketing content for Asian logistics and supply chain audiences.
• Coordinate email campaigns, social media updates, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
• Research competitor activity, market trends, and developments across the logistics technology sector.
