Job summary

BMP Technologies Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kulai Johor is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Coordinator to build targeted B2B prospect lists, qualify needs, and arrange meetings for Sales Managers.

You will own CRM data, support quotations, pricing updates, and coordinate with Engineering, Production and Logistics to ensure accurate information and timely follow-ups. English communication and independent work are valued; own transport preferred.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of industrial customer service or related experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering.
• Strong communication skills for all levels; English preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and perform multiple tasks in a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
• Own transport.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted B2B prospect lists using approved research sources, including Globalwits.
• Outbound calling and appointment setting to introduce BMP’s filtration capabilities and secure meetings for Sales Managers.
• CRM ownership and pipeline discipline: admin for accounts, contacts, leads, activities, opportunities; generate reports.
• Infor customer registration and data control: register new customers and maintain master data.
• Support Sales Managers with meeting scheduling, prospect briefs, quotations, and tracking; coordinate with Engineering and other teams.
• Pricing and commercial administration: maintain pricing data and quarterly updates; keep records current.
• Social media and digital administration: manage content calendar, LinkedIn posts, AI-assisted outputs, website updates.
• Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Production, Logistics to ensure timely, accurate information.
