The opportunity

Are you interested in international markets, cross-border e-commerce, and commercial logistics? So here, Morning Global is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to support international logistics sales and business development activities across worldwide markets, with a primary focus on the United States and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to international logistics sales, clients in the US and Europe, market development, cross-border e-commerce logistics, trade compliance, and global commercial projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Support logistics sales opportunities, partnerships, client relationships, and commercial activities in the US, Europe, and other global markets.
• Research market opportunities, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
• Assist with international sales strategies, revenue growth initiatives, market expansion, and existing client development.
• Support compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and documentation requirements.
• Assist with trade compliance, customs requirements, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with international clients and internal teams, prepare management reports, and support overseas meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and client visits.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Relations, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in international sales, trade, commercial coordination, or business development.
• Exposure to the US or European markets and cross-border e-commerce logistics is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of international markets, business practices, and cultural differences.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and time zones, and willingness to travel internationally.
