This position will be hired under our Malaysian subsidiary, Quantium Solutions International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., and will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. The role will support MG Ship Technology Limited, a sister company under Morning Global.

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, multifaceted Sales and Marketing Coordinator to anchor our commercial and brand presence in Asia. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business development and regional marketing. You will support our client’s pipeline, coordinate local marketing activities, and help localized enterprise leads understand the immense value of AI-powered supply chain predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for incoming regional B2B inquiries and qualify early-stage leads.

Coordinate and schedule product demos, sales pitches, and follow-up meetings for the enterprise sales team.

Maintain and update CRM and loyalty records to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and analytics reporting.

Assist in preparing regional sales collateral, commercial proposals, and tender presentations.

2. Marketing Execution

Adapt global marketing campaigns and thought-leadership content to resonate with Asian supply chain markets.

Manage digital channels, coordinate email marketing campaigns, and amplify regional company announcements on social media.

Identify, plan and organize company participation in logistics, supply chain, and tech exhibitions and networking events across regions

Conduct basic market research on competitor movements, local logistics trends, and regulatory changes in Asia.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day commercial operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience:3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or business development support ideally within SaaS, technology, supply chain and logistics, or freight forwarding. Fresh graduates with highly relevant internship experience and strong drive are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software.

Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for minor presentation edits or social graphics is a strong plus.

Communication: Exceptional command of English (both written and spoken).

Traits: An analytical mindset with a strong appetite for tech and AI. You should be a proactive problem-solver who can handle multiple moving parts in a fast-growing startup environment.
