Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a Logistics Systems Analyst to support digitalization and system transformation within the Global Trade & Product Compliance department. You will bridge operations, IT, and vendors, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and coordinating implementations to automate trade and compliance processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in business analysis or related roles and familiarity with ERP, GTM, TMS, MRP, or WMS implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, BIS, CS or related field.
2–3 years in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Systems Analysis.
Proven experience in system deployment or digitalization projects is preferred.
Familiar with global trade, customs, import/export, or product compliance.
Strong ability to document user stories and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for trade and product compliance.
Translate regulatory needs into functional specs and user stories for technical teams.
Partner with IT and vendors to design system capabilities aligned with objectives.
Assist in mock-ups and logic flows for stakeholder buy-in.
Lead requirements tracking, deliverables, risks, and timelines.
Support digital rollout, training, and post-implementation support.
Maintain documentation of system logic and updates for audit readiness.
Identify impact on workflows and assist in updating SOPs.
