Job summary

MR DIY International, a global home improvement brand, invites a Business Analyst to drive data-led improvements across regional operations in Malaysia and beyond.

You will analyze delays, map processes, lead regional projects, and coordinate between China export and local teams, reporting progress to management.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3–6 years in business analysis or process improvement, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project or operations excellence roles.
• Some exposure to supply chain, logistics, import or trade; training provided.
• Strong Excel skills; good PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Good English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, process improvement and regional projects (60%).
• Data analysis and root-cause findings to reduce delays and costs across countries.
• Present options with numbers and recommendations to management.
• Map current processes, identify gaps, and draft SOPs and templates.
• Lead regional projects and report progress to management.
• Serve as regional main contact for one smaller country.
• Coordinate China export documents with local import teams.
• Support HQ on issues; escalate and follow up until resolved.
• Prepare regular country reporting for regional meetings.
