Job summary

MR DIY International is seeking a Logistics Systems Analyst to bridge operations, IT, and external vendors. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, designing and coordinating system solutions, and ensuring robust, user-friendly digital tools to automate trade and compliance processes.

You will work closely with IT vendors, document functional updates, and support change management to ensure successful rollout and adoption across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Systems Analyst.
• Experience in system deployment or digitalization projects (ERP/GTMS/TMS/MRP/WMS).
• Familiarity with global trade, customs, import/export, or product compliance.
• Skilled in documenting User Stories, FRDs, and UAT scripts.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot logic gaps in automated workflows.
• Proactive in identifying system risks and proposing workarounds.
