Job summary

MR DIY International seeks a Global Trade Analyst to become the data detective of the regional team, moving from manual checking to data integrity and automation support. You will monitor trade data, ensure global standards are reflected, and support regional operations.

With 2–4 years in trade compliance or logistics, you will audit data, identify bottlenecks, and assist in origin verification and tool rollout. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years in Trade Compliance, Logistics, or Customs operations.
• Strong data analysis and spreadsheet skills.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Integrity: monitor and audit trade data for accuracy.
• Data Auditing: review international trade data flows for compliance with the global Strategic Playbook.
• Bottleneck Identification: spot patterns in customs delays and errors for process improvement.
• Dashboard Support: maintain data feeds for regional reporting and ensure accuracy of automated systems.
• Operational Support: assist daily trade operations and data validation.
• Process Verification: ensure regional standards are followed by local teams.
• FTA & Origin Support: verify Rules of Origin docs and support studies to optimize duties.
• Tool Testing: support rollout of new tools via user-acceptance testing.
• Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: address anomalies in trade data and data feeds.
• Exception Handling: review and resolve automated flags and anomalies.
• Research Assistance: gather regulatory information for new trade lane projects.
