Western Digital Corporation is seeking a Global Trade Project Analyst III to lead import/export and ERP initiatives, including GTM implementations and compliance improvements. You will work cross-functionally with IT and external partners to deliver end-to-end system changes.

Responsibilities include defining scope, conducting testing, and building training materials, dashboards, and SOPs to drive efficiency and compliance across global operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; certifications (PMP/Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, ERP systems, or project-based roles.
• Advanced knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and independently execute global trade and ERP projects within scope, timelines and quality expectations.
• Define scope, deliverables, requirements, tasks and timelines aligned with Global Trade objectives.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into GTM system designs and configurations.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and communicate status to Global Trade Operations leadership.
• Serve as liaison between Global Trade, IT and external partners during system deployment and stabilization.
• Analyze import/export transactions and data to identify compliance gaps and process efficiencies.
• Lead or coordinate system testing and UAT for trade compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and end-user training support.
• Present operational metrics and insights to support continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and cross-train team members.
