Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking a proactive Logistics Intern for a full-time 3-month placement in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist in daily analytics, perform data deep dives, and highlight indicators that drive operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with Product, Payment, Finance and Fraud teams, help resolve seller issues, and support in process improvements with clear reports and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, SCM or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months full-time internship.

Responsibilities

• Drive on-going deep dives and come up with recommendations on how to optimize the current set up or highlight key areas for process improvements
• Contribute to daily logistics reporting and analytics, providing relevant and timely information to highlight key indicators affecting business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Payment, Finance, and Fraud teams, and engage in logistics-related inquiries
• Assist in the management of daily logistics tasks, ensuring exception orders are processed on a timely manner
• Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the Head of Operations
