Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and strategically guide warehousing operations in line with company policy and vision. You will manage inbound inventory, returns, inventory accuracy, outbound shipments, and maintenance activities to ensure smooth daily performance.

You will lead briefings, run weekly staff meetings, analyze cost and performance data, forecast needs, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulfillment or warehouse management or related fields.
• Proven people management experience in an operational environment.
• Strong analytical and operational management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbounding of new inventory, returns, and outbound operations.
• Drive warehouse performance against SLAs and company policies.
• Lead weekly team briefings and performance reviews.
• Produce reports on warehouse metrics and cost/opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities using local market insights.
