Job summary

Shopee is seeking a data-driven strategist to own the end-to-end Instant Delivery initiatives in Malaysia. You will shape strategy, execute cross-functionally, and optimize performance, focusing on buyer adoption and order growth to enhance overall operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities across teams.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance optimisation for Instant Delivery initiatives.
Define roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics (buyer adoption, order growth, service quality).
Analyse large datasets and build forecasting models to monitor Instant delivery health.
Track KPIs and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Supply teams for timely rollout of initiatives.
