Job summary

DS Plastic Innovations Sdn Bhd in Bukit Mertajam, Penang is offering a 6-month internship in data analytics. You will collect, validate and analyse e-commerce data across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop to provide clear visibility into performance metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field and strong Excel/Sheets skills. On-site placement with a RM1,500–RM1,700/month stipend, opportunity to work with Power Query/BI and SQL, and exposure to AI-assisted data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related analytical field.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets with formulas, PivotTables and charts.
• Basic data cleaning, validation and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and organise e-commerce data from multiple platforms.
• Clean data by identifying missing information and duplicates.
• Maintain datasets covering shops, products, orders, traffic and campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics such as GMV, orders, AOV and ROAS.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards.
• Document data sources and reporting procedures.
• Present findings to supervisor for review.
