Job summary

City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify prospects, develop relationships, and drive revenue through tailored logistics solutions. You will research market opportunities, present recommended services, and maintain strong client support.

The role requires fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin a plus, and a willingness to travel. A university or diploma background with MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent.
• At least one (1) year experience in sales / marketing / business development role with proven track records.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is a pre-requisite.
• Possess own transport with D license and willing to travel to do sale.
• Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products/services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities (recommending profit and service improvements).
• Identifies service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, bench marking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
