FFM Flour Mills (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, seeks an Assistant, Logistics to support day-to-day logistics operations and Sales & Distribution activities.

You will work under the Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics to ensure smooth processes from order receipt to delivery. The ideal candidate has a diploma or certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems.

Formación

• Minimum diploma/SPM or certificate related to Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Experience in shipping/logistics preferred or fresh graduate with relevant courses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in day-to-day logistics, shipping, purchasing, and secretarial tasks.
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing, Production, and authorities to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare, check, and update records and reports (emails, docs).
• Coordinate with authorities/agencies and submit required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/HACCP/HALAL/YUM/MOH/DOSH/KPDNKK/DOE/BOMBA or other requirements.
• Assist in responsibilities as assigned by Senior Executive, Logistics / Supervisor, Logistics.
