Job summary

Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking a Process Quality Management (PQM) Manager in Port Klang to lead process improvements and ensure top quality across manufacturing operations. You will drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, establish SOPs, and manage a team responsible for quality assurance, audits, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechatronics.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Total Quality Management (TQM) certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in process and quality management, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process enhancement and optimization across production workflows.
• Develop and implement standardized SOPs to improve productivity.
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and boost efficiency.
• Establish and manage Quality Management Systems and define KPIs.
