Job summary

Hirehub Group in Senai, Johor is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the quality department, develop and enforce QMS, and drive continuous improvement across production.

You will oversee quality controls, mentor staff, resolve quality issues, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and related standards. This role demands strong analytical and leadership skills, with a focus on process optimization and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills with a focus on problem solving and process optimization.
• Expertise in applying 7 QC Tools and Quality Control Management principles.
• Advanced proficiency with measurement tools and equipment for quality assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control systems, workflows, and standards.
• Establish corporate quality objectives and formulate quality plans.
• Oversee quality control processes throughout the production cycle.
• Establish quality monitoring, feedback, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Make final professional decisions on disputed quality issues.
• Develop and improve departmental policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Manage daily operations, manpower planning, and performance evaluations within the quality department.
• Optimize inspection processes using quality management tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle internal and external customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Train, guide, and assess quality team members to ensure high performance and compliance.
