Job summary

Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Planner to join our PgP5 team in Batu Kawan Penang.

You will translate forecasts into concrete logistics requirements, secure material availability, and align demand with supply. You will define inventory parameters, monitor KPIs with SAP, BY, and Power BI, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and hands-on SAP experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP is essential.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.
Proficiency with planning tools (BY) and reporting software (Power BI) is advantageous.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Translate customer forecasts into logistics requirements and plan inbound/outbound schedules.
Secure raw material availability to prevent production downtime and plan replenishment.
Define and manage inventory parameters, including safety stock and reorder points.
Establish logistics and production KPI reports and support performance reviews.
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation plans.
Handle all customs inbound/outbound reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
