Job summary

Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated IT Project Lead to strengthen our logistics IT landscape in Penang.

You will own SAP S/4HANA MM/SD/WM/EWM modules, oversee system availability, and act as system owner for key logistics applications. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, driving digitalization, and managing interfaces with suppliers, MES, and forwarders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years of professional IT or logistics experience.
Solid hands-on experience with SAP systems; SAP S/4HANA knowledge strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Direct experience with SAP MM, SD, WM, or EWM modules.
Proven experience in project management or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Act as the Key User / System Owner for critical logistics IT systems (SAP S/4HANA MM/SD/WM/EWM).
Lead first- and second-level IT incident and problem management to prevent disruption.
Drive digitalization initiatives and standardize solutions across sites.
Monitor and maintain interfaces with suppliers, MES, and logistics providers.
