Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage orders and shipments from entry in SAP through delivery to customers. The role covers order processing, outbound deliveries, shipping documents, and data management across APAC-imported processes.

Key duties include coordinating distributions, handling back-orders, and guiding part of the freight process with carriers. The candidate should adapt to high-pressure timelines and maintain precise documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of working experience in logistics or order management.
• Able to work under pressure in time-sensitive operations independently.
• Willingness to start from ground zero and grow with the role.
• Strong communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (SD, MM modules) and shipping knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process and release customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate order entry and timely order fulfillment.
• Trigger deliveries and support daily order operations, addressing order-related requests.
• Handle order status and lead-time inquiries, providing ETA updates and checking delivery lead times.
• Process order amendments or cancellations and coordinate back-order management with material planners.
• Assist with order confirmation and coordinate order switching between different distribution centers.
• Create outbound deliveries and support shipment execution, including preparing delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and export documents.
• Prepare Shipper's Declarations for Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments to APAC countries (after proper training).
• Coordinate daily shipment activities with logistics teams and freight forwarders to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Manage shipping exceptions and expedited shipments, including changing shipment modes and arranging urgent shipments.

This role encompasses order processing, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, master data management, and technical support. You will process and release customer orders in SAP, create outbound deliveries, prepare shipping documents, manage pricing data, and provide technical guidance on spare parts and product documentation.

About you
