Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist (Contract Role) reporting to the Customer Service Department under the Supply Chain Division. The role requires knowledge of order processing, production planning, delivery planning, invoicing and customer complaint handling.

Key duties include processing orders, coordinating loads, issuing invoices, handling customer inquiries, and supporting process improvements across warehouse and logistics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent.
• Experience in processing orders and updating delivery details.
• Ability to issue invoices, debit/credit notes and manage related documents.
• Familiarity with MYTax portal for tax reporting.
• Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and changes accurately, including item and delivery details.
• Coordinate with Production Planner, Logistics and Warehouse on material readiness and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, complete CCF forms, and follow up until resolution.
• Ensure invoices are correct and cleared in SAP and MYTax portal.
• Prepare and report down payment invoices in MYTax portal as required.
• Provide tonnage forecast for monthly billing and participate in process improvements.
