Job summary

Qualifications

2 years supervisory or senior warehouse experience.
Experience managing customer expectations and service improvements.
Coordinate with Safety & Security teams as required.
Train and guide warehouse staff on processes and safety rules.
Ability to read, understand and follow directions effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations and ensure KPI targets are met.
Update service performance reporting with clear visibility of DHL's performance.
Support the warehouse executive in day-to-day duties.
Assign work schedules and train team members in processes.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and SOPs.
Attend to customer inquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
Monitor incoming/outgoing shipments and tally against invoices.
Prepare daily activity reports and other requested records.
