Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced FMCG environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, transportation planning, and logistics processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Strong cost control and budget management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and dispatch, track delivery progress, ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle delays and issues, communicate with customers, ensure safe handling of goods.
• Verify delivery documents, control delivery costs, supervise drivers and delivery staff.
• Ensure compliance with SOP and traffic regulations.
• Prepare reports and KPIs, and manage returns and failed deliveries.
• Manage relationships with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Monitor truck fleet utilization, maintenance schedules, and transportation costs.
