Job summary

CLASQUIN in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction and coordinate daily freight activities. You will ensure customs and port compliance, maintain and update system records, and produce accurate customer reports.

You will work with finance to monitor credits and resolve billing issues with clients and internal teams. Key duties include coordinating with shipping lines, co-loaders, agents, warehouses and transport providers, updating cost & revenue data

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention and engagement
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, agent, warehouse, and transport companies for all operational activities on daily basis.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable Customs and port regulations
• Maintaining and updating operational information and documents in system
• Create, update and refine customer reports
• Perform accurate and timely cost & revenue updates on job files in accordance with corporate KPI; resolution of billing discrepancies with clients and Clasquin Internal
• Generating freight invoices
• Collaborate with finance in monitoring credit limits and assist in case of challenges
• Support and resolve claims
• Accomplish other ad hoc tasks given by the Manager per his/her competence
• Ensure compliance with the established QMS requirements.
