Job summary

7 Eleven Malaysia seeks a Manager - Operational Excellence, Security & Compliance (Logistics) for the Bukit Raja Klang warehouse, supporting our logistics partner. You will drive facility management, safety programs, and security operations across sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and client readiness.

You will lead maintenance and vendor relations, manage budgets, and oversee safety systems, trainings, and incident investigations to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of facility management experience in logistics/manufacturing.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams, contractors and security personnel.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA or related safety certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for warehouse facilities, ensuring safety and statutory compliance.
• Inspect facilities, control renovations, and govern contractor work via Work Permits.
• Manage landlord/vendor relationships and contract obligations across sites.
• Plan budgets, timelines and repair spending at company level.
• Ensure facility readiness for client visits, audits and certifications.
• Support setup of new sites including fit-out, licensing, and utilities.
• Own Safety Management System and enforce it across sites per OSHA Malaysia.
• Track regulatory changes and keep policies/licenses up to date.
• Lead hazard reviews (HIRARC) and verify control measures before work.
• Maintain emergency plans and run drills; manage safety reporting to DOSH.
• Oversee security policies, access control and surveillance across sites.
• Direct security personnel, budgets, incident response and inspections.
