7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager - Operational Excellence, Security & Compliance (Logistics) to oversee facility management, safety, and security across warehouse sites in Klang. You will lead maintenance programs, vendor relations, budgets, and readiness for audits, ensuring compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams, contractors, and security personnel.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office.
• Possessed OSHA or related safety certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the preventive and corrective maintenance framework for warehouse facilities, buildings, M&E systems and infrastructure.
• Conduct facility inspections, control repair and renovation works, and govern all contractor work.
• Manage landlord and vendor relationships across sites, including tenancy obligations.
• Plan and control facility budgets, project timelines and repair spending for the company.
• Ensure facility readiness for client visits, audits and certifications.
• Support setup of new sites, including fit-out, licensing, utilities and commissioning.
• Own the company Safety Management System and enforce it across all sites in line with OSHA and Malaysian regulations.
• Lead hazard identification, HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis reviews, and verify control measures.
