AGENSI PEKERJAAN STAREC SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Lead in Malaysia to oversee operations, drive accuracy in inventory, and plan deliveries. The role requires strong leadership to coach a sizeable warehouse team and enforce safety and company procedures.

Permanent vacancy based in Teluk Panglima Garang / Banting area, with focus on optimizing storage, assets, and transport efficiency. Experience in FMCG or distribution center environments is valued.

Key Requirements

Degree, Diploma, or SPM with relevant working experience.

5 years of hands-on experience in Logistics & Warehouse Management, preferably within Retail Chain / Distribution Centre Operations / Logistics / FMCG or related industry.

Experience in leading a sizable Team is required !

Knowledge of handling Automation is desire.

Strong leadership qualities with good planning and problem-solving skills.
