J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) Sdn. Bhd. seeks highly motivated graduates to join its 1-Year Management Trainee Programme across Logistics, Operations, HR, Finance and Marketing.

Trainees will rotate through functional areas, gain hands-on exposure, and work with senior leaders to develop leadership and business acumen. The programme targets fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience, with a CGPA of 3.50 or higher, and strong analytical and communication skills, plus proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no more than 2 years of working experience.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.50 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Logistics, Operations, HR, Finance and Marketing functions.
• Gain hands-on exposure to daily business operations and cross-functional projects.
• Support departmental activities, reporting, data analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with different teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and operational challenges.
• Complete assigned projects and present findings or recommendations to the management panel.
• Participate in training, coaching and development activities throughout the programme.
• Take on additional responsibilities based on rotation requirements and business needs.
