FERSON (M) SDN BHD is seeking ambitious Management Trainees to be developed into future supervisors and members of the management team. This is not a general administrative role; trainees will be exposed to cross-functional projects and assigned real KPIs and operational problems to solve.

During the program you will rotate across core business functions including E-Commerce, Retail Operations, and Warehouse & Fulfilment, gaining hands-on experience and a holistic view of the business.
