Job summary

Robert Bosch (M) Sdn Bhd invites high-potential individuals to join the Junior Managers Program, an 18–24 month journey designed to groom future leaders. You will rotate through different functions, receiving mentorship from senior executives and exposure to international assignments to broaden your perspective.

The program emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration across supply chain and operations, with opportunities to travel and learn in a global context.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• At least 2 years of professional working experience, preferably in an MNC.
• Experience in business process in supply chain.
• Self-driven with leadership skills to lead a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and adept with figures.
• Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel abroad for short-term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional projects and assignments across the organization.
• Develop leadership and decision-making skills through mentored, structured activities.
• Gain international exposure through assignments abroad as part of the program.
• Contribute to process improvements within supply chain functions.
