Job summary

CSX Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced Logistics / Shipping Manager to oversee shipping documentation, freight forwarding operations, and customs clearance. • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or assistant managerial experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) to handle communication with Mandarin-speaking international suppliers and liners.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations and problem-solving skills.

• Plan, manage, and coordinate inbound/outbound shipping activities and freight movements (Sea, Air, and Land)
• Oversee and ensure full accuracy in all shipping and customs documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, K1/K2/K9 forms, manifest, packing list, and commercial invoices)
• Negotiate rates and maintain excellent relationships with shipping lines, forwarders, transport vendors, and port authorities
• Lead and monitor the logistics executive team to meet operational deadlines and handle custom clearance issues proactively
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce delivery costs while maintaining high-efficiency standards
