Qualifications

• Strong financial literacy to model lease economics and occupancy costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel for financial modelling; familiarity with transaction management or CRM platforms.
• Degree in Real Estate, Property, Business, Finance, Law or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lease transactions across APAC markets.
• Track critical dates: expiries, break options, rent reviews, and deadline dates.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to execute transactions.
