Job summary

TTS LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate shipments and manage documentation. The role requires strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping procedures, and international trade regulations, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery.

You will liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking partners, supporting both independent work and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, documentation, and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipment of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies to arrange transportation.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients on their status.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
