Responsibilities

To ensure parts and materials are available and delivered to Production Line at the right time with the right parts and the right quantity.
To manage inventory planning and control to ensure maximum usage of storage space.
To ensure uninterrupted production due to downtime and quality as approved in the AMP.
To ensure execution / escalation of non-conformance parts and response / action to support customer.
To adhere the process conformity based on IATF16949, VDA 6.3 & CKD Quality concept.
To plan and execute documentation and physical preparation for internal / external audit to achieve target set by the company.
To develop and implement strategies for operations cost and efficiency.
To prepare budget and review performance against budget to keep operation within control.
Implementing and implement process improvement opportunities and cost saving initiatives.
To plan and organize manpower job scope, training and development.
