Job summary

Ennovi Medical Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant/Executive/Senior Executive, Planner/PM with strong market insight and cross-functional coordination. You will manage RFQs, NPIs, APQP tracking, and ensure on-time delivery while safeguarding profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and the ability to work independently. You will coordinate ERP data, P&L tracking, and environmental/quality systems compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Good business acumen and market trend knowledge; provide market reports to management.
• Serve as key communication window with customers on business and commercial matters.
• Coordinate inter-departments to meet customer requirements with accurate information and timely responses.
• Attend RFQ activities and ensure timely submission and quote win.
• Coordinate NPIs or program transfer and APQP tracking to kickstart on time.
• Monitor revenue commitments and provide output, shipment, and forecast tracking; ensure on-time delivery.
• Support quality system implementation and audits; review quotations for GP/EBIDTA.

Assistant/ Executive/ Senior Executive, Planner/ PM

Good business acumen and knowledge of the industry such as market trends, customer’s business plan, competition and provide market reports and feedback to the management.

Key communication and contact windows to customer in all matters related to business and commercial.

Coordinate and communicate inter departments to meet customer requirements and expectations. With accurate information and timely respond to customers through establishing an effective communication skill.

Attended to all RFQs activities and ensure timely submission and quote win.

Responsible and coordinate of all NPIs or program transfer or Setup. Responsible for tracking and monitoring the program on track (APQP) and kick start on time.

Responsible for meeting the committed revenue by customers and providing a daily output tracker, weekly shipment, monthly, and quarterly forecast. Monitoring customer actual pulling vs forecast and support customer pull in and push out request with strategic manner. Ensure meeting the OTD. Ensure no customer complains due shipping, commercial documentation & labelling.

To support all quality system implementation by the organization or customer and audit activities.

Review with GM/BU on quotation (GP/EBIDTA) prior submission to customer.

Commercial claim on Downtime, Validation, Engineering evaluation, EOL, ECN products liability claim.

Responsible for SAP maintenance, upgrading & improvement in the system to ease production & P&L tracking.

Participate in Semiyearly & annual Stock take to ensure have Zero variances in raw material & MRO material.

Ensure all POs are submitted & claims on time from customers.

Ensure all businesses or programs are profitable and customer satisfaction.

Prepare LRP report together with Global Sales team as and when needed.

Adherence to the ISO 13485:2016 requirements is effectively carried out.

Ensure that the implementation of the ISO14001 & ISO45001 requirements are effectively carried out.

To promote and develop a high level of Health, Safety & Environmental awareness and commitment.

Ensure the EHS requirements of the workplace are met.

Adherent to safety and health rules and safe systems of work

Wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) when entering the production area.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent degree) in Business, Engineering or related field.
