Kanry Search is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage assigned customer accounts and ensure 100% on-time delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels and days of inventory (DOI).
This role reviews forecasts and provides accurate delivery commitments based on production capacity and supply availability, and develops the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align production with customer requirements.

Review customer demand forecasts and provide accurate delivery commitments based on production capacity and supply availability.
Develop, maintain and monitor the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure production output aligns with customer requirements.
Identify and escape supply, production and inventory risks to relevant stakeholders, including Management, Sales, Operations, Production teams and customers.
Provide timely responses to customer enquiries, requests and delivery-related matters.
Review and update customer forecasts, demand requirements and planning information on a weekly basis.
Analyse customer demand trends against actual consumption and adjust production plans to optimise inventory levels.
Monitor demand fluctuations, abnormal consumption patterns and inventory risks, and communicate issues promptly to stakeholders.
Prepare and manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods, sub-assemblies and raw materials to ensure production readiness and inventory control.
Track production performance against the MPS and coordinate recovery actions for any schedule deviations.
Monitor End-of-Life (EOL) products and implement actions to minimise excess, obsolete and aging inventory.
Ensure accuracy of planning data, inventory reports and customer-related declarations.
Review customer pull signals and update shipment schedules to support delivery commitments.
Coordinate shipment planning and provide customers with updated ETD/ETA information for land, sea and air shipments.
Support customer RTV and RMA processes by coordinating with internal teams and external customers for timely closure.
Monitor customer purchase orders and work closely with Operations and customers to ensure sufficient demand coverage.
Analyse inventory levels, identify potential excess or shortages, and escape abnormal inventory conditions.
Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and prepare inventory performance reports.
Conduct regular inventory reviews with Production and cross-functional teams to manage excess stock, aging materials and inventory optimisation opportunities.
