Job summary

N.S. Auto Parts Industries Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Production Planning & Control Engineer to monitor progress against the Master Production Schedule and improve efficiency in a busy automotive components plant in Senawang.

The role provides technical and supervisory support, ensures IPQC compliance, drives quality initiatives under ISO 9001:2015, and collaborates with multiple departments to solve production and process challenges while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in automotive manufacturing and ISO 9001 knowledge advantageous.
Proficient in Excel in a work environment; ERP experience advantageous; CAD like GstarCAD beneficial.

Responsibilities

Monitor production progress per Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Provide technical and supervisory support in manufacturing processes.
Ensure IPQC adherence and drive quality improvements to reduce rejects.
Participate in product and process development including new projects and machines.
Develop and implement ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Lead department meetings to troubleshoot production issues and drive corrective actions.
Maintain clear communication across departments on PPC/MPS related updates.
Uphold safety, health and environmental standards.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
