Tanera Transport Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an entry-level Logistics Clerk to support shipping documentation, data entry, and record-keeping within a fast-paced team.

The role suits recent graduates with interest in logistics and transportation; you will prepare bills of lading, invoices and origin certificates while ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the logistics system. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing all shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin with accuracy.
• Accurately enter and maintain data related to shipments, inventory, and customs declarations into the logistics management system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers) to gather information and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and verify documents meet customs requirements.
• File and archive all logistics documents systematically for audit and reference purposes.
