Tanera Transport Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level Logistics Admin to support shipping documentation, data entry, and cross-functional coordination in Kuala Lumpur. The role suits recent graduates with a keen eye for accuracy and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication.

You will liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant documentation and timely shipment updates, with Mandarin considered an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma expected; diploma in logistics preferred.
• Entry-level role suitable for recent graduates.
• Strong data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
• Familiarity with shipping docs is a plus.
• Understanding of import/export and customs is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize shipping and logistics documents with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain shipment, inventory, and customs data in the system.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and brokers to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure documents meet customs requirements and trade laws.
• File and archive logistics documents for audit readiness.
• Communicate shipment status in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Perform quality checks to minimize errors and delays.
